Baker pre-Construction created comparative cost estimate for each building assembly, including itemized costs for all of the material in each assembly.  This enabled us to see where costs varied, and therefore what cost-effective choices could be made...Ultimately, we were pleased to find out that the estimated costs were almost identical to the bid that came in.
