Before beginning cost consulting work, we'll provide you with a fee proposal, based on our current rate of $225/hour.  Typical residential estimates and insurance scopes-of-loss range from 16 to 40 hours.

Ongoing owners' representation is offered at the reduced rate of $175/hour.

Appraisal/mediation/expert witness work is billed at $350/hour.

The California Department of Insurance REQUIRES public adjusting to be performed on a percentage-of-recovery basis.  Our standard fee is 5%, or half the typical industry rate.
